Getting Started
How long does setup take?
Most contractor websites are built and launched in 7-10 days. We move fast so you can start generating calls quickly.
What do I need to provide?
We'll need basic info about your business, services, and service area. Photos of your work are helpful but not required—we can work with what you have.
What if I already have a website?
We build a custom website for you from scratch, designed specifically for your business and optimized to generate calls.
How quickly can we go live?
Most sites launch in 7–10 business days after you send your content and photos. You'll review everything before it goes live.
Pricing & Plans
What's the contract term?
12-month partnership builds trust and allows us to deliver real results. You license the site during the term; full ownership transfers after all 12 payments (or via a buyout) even if you leave afterward.
Do I really get full website ownership?
Yes. During the 12-month term you license the site while we host/manage it. After all 12 payments (or a buyout), we transfer full ownership—content, design files, and code. You can continue with us month-to-month or take it elsewhere.
What if I stop working with you after 12 months?
After the term is paid, we package the site and files for you. If you prefer a buyout earlier, we can price that too—otherwise it stays licensed while you're on the plan.
Can I switch from Foundation to Growth plan later?
Absolutely. If you start with the Foundation plan and later want to upgrade to Growth, we can adjust your service and pricing. Just reach out.
Services & Support
Who handles updates?
Our team does. Text tweaks, gallery swaps, new services, pricing changes—priority support handles all updates.
What if I need changes to my site?
Unlimited minor updates are included in your monthly service—text changes, photo swaps, hours, pricing, etc. Larger redesigns or new pages may have an additional fee, but we'll always discuss that upfront.
What counts as a 'minor update' vs. major work?
Minor updates (included): Text changes, photo swaps, pricing updates, adding testimonials, updating hours or contact info. Major work (quoted separately): Adding new pages, complex features, redesigns, or integrations.
Does this include local SEO?
The Growth plan includes GBP optimization, citations, and monthly visibility snapshots. Foundation sites are simply linked to your GBP with matching info—no GBP setup or management.
Do you run Google Ads or Facebook Ads for me?
Yes. Paid ads are available as an optional add-on. If ads make sense for your goals and budget, we can scope and manage them alongside your organic presence.
Can you help with ads or social media later?
Yes. We can add paid ads or social media management later as an optional add-on once we align on goals and scope.
Ownership & Results
Do I own the website?
You license the website while you're on the plan. After all 12 payments (or a buyout), full ownership transfers to you—code, content, and design files included.
How do I track results?
You'll receive a monthly visibility snapshot report showing your Google Business Profile views, website traffic, and search performance. You'll see exactly how your online presence is performing.
