You retain profile ownership and supplied assets. We remove our access promptly on request, within seven business days at most. Access is not held until a billing period ends.
Missed recurring work caused by Airlocked Solutions gets five business days to be corrected; otherwise we refund that month’s module fee. If Google prevents management, affected work is paused and undeliverable service is prorated. Suspension recovery is excluded.
No. We report completed work and available profile activity. Google’s call-button clicks are reported as clicks, not verified calls or leads.
No automatic overages. Work beyond the limits needs an agreed quote. Management-fee increases require 60 days’ written notice.
