Common questions about contractor websites
What happens if I leave?
If you leave, everything that's yours goes with you: your domain, registered in your own account from day one, and your Google Business Profile. We remove our access and confirm it in writing. Every exit step within our control is done within 7 days of your last day; where a step needs you or a third party, we start it within 1 business day and document it through to completion. The website itself runs on our platform, so it comes down when your subscription ends.
Do you guarantee leads, calls, or booked jobs?
No. We charge for the work we control, your site being live and fast, your listings kept correct, and the review requests, responses, and Google profile activity your plan includes. We don't promise leads, calls, or jobs because those depend on your market, your pricing, your team, and a hundred other things we don't control.
What if I already have a website?
We replace it with a professional build and point your existing domain at the new site, so you keep the domain and any history attached to it. No migration project on your end, and once the new site is live your old hosting bill usually goes away.
Do I need to provide content or photos?
Just the basics: services, service area, business details. We sort accounts together on the 30-minute Kickoff Call and collect the rest through a short intake. Photos help but aren't required; we can launch with relevant trade imagery and swap in your real photos as they come in.
