Common questions about contractor websites
Is the website a purchase or a subscription?
Your domain, Google Business Profile and business accounts remain yours. Within seven calendar days after website service ends, we export your supplied assets, business data and paid client-specific content in common formats. We remove our account access and website hosting ends. Airlocked Solutions retains the website implementation and reusable templates. There is no automatic ownership transfer or standard website buyout.
What is the commitment?
The website has a 12-month initial commitment. After the 30-day satisfaction window, remaining initial-term fees stay due on the original monthly schedule, with website service available through that term. After 12 months, service continues month to month with 30 days’ cancellation notice by email.
Do I have to buy the optional services?
No. The website is a separate service. We discuss any gaps on the call and check your existing tools before recommending GBP management, local SEO, follow-up, advertising or a custom AI project.
How do you choose the pages and write the copy?
We draft the 5–7 page structure and copy from a guided interview. You can request changes during one included consolidated revision round before launch. We collect the required assets and access during onboarding.
