Getting Started
How long does setup take?
Your website is live within seven calendar days of completed onboarding, or your first $250 website service month is free if the delay is caused by Airlocked Solutions. Onboarding is complete when the setup fee is paid, the guided interview is complete, and required assets and access are received. Waiting for customer feedback or approval pauses the clock. One consolidated revision round is included before launch; added scope receives a separately agreed timeline. A free first month counts toward the 12-month term.
What do I need to provide?
Complete a guided interview, pay the setup fee, and provide the required business details, assets and access. We choose the initial 5–15 page structure from the interview. You can request changes in one consolidated revision round before launch.
What if I already have a website?
We review your existing site and systems on the discovery call before recommending a replacement. Your domain stays in your account.
Do you build fully custom-designed websites?
The subscription uses an established site foundation tailored with your branding, services, photos and copy. A redesign or custom integration outside that scope needs a separate quote.
Pricing & Contracts
What does the website cost?
The website is $250/month plus $500 setup. The initial commitment is 12 months, totaling $3,500 including setup and the first 12 service months. Monthly billing and the service term begin at launch.
What if I am not happy in the first 30 days?
If you are not happy for any reason, email us within 30 days after your website launches to cancel. We refund website monthly fees paid to the original payment method within 10 business days of your cancellation email and release you from the remaining website commitment. The $500 setup fee is earned at launch and is retained. Optional services follow their separate terms.
What if I cancel later?
The website subscription has a 12-month commitment that starts at launch. If you cancel after the 30-day satisfaction window, the remaining monthly fees for those 12 months stay due on the original schedule, and website service stays available through that term. After the 12 months, service continues month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice by email.
Can the price increase?
Your $250 monthly website price is fixed for the initial 12 months. After that term, any increase requires 60 days’ written notice so you can cancel before it takes effect.
Can I add pages or extra edits?
Yes. New pages, redesigns, integrations and work beyond the included edit allowance require separately agreed scope and pricing. There are no automatic overage charges.
Services & Scope
What is included after launch?
Hosting, technical maintenance, form monitoring, and three small content edits capped at 30 minutes total each month. Use the support email channel. We target acknowledgment within two business days and small edits within five business days of complete instructions. These targets carry no automatic refund.
Does the website include ongoing SEO?
The build includes initial search fundamentals. Ongoing GBP Management is $350/month plus $300 setup. Local SEO is $1,500/month plus $750 setup, includes GBP Management, replaces that charge and credits completed GBP setup. The website fee stays separate.
Can you help with missed calls and review requests?
Inquiry Follow-up & Reviews is a separate website add-on at $150/month plus $300 setup. It includes missed-call acknowledgment, one review request after a completed job and basic upkeep. Phone and messaging charges are separate. Review responses belong to GBP Management.
Do you run paid ads or build custom AI systems?
Google Search Ads Management is available at $750/month plus $1,000 setup for one focused Search campaign and up to $5,000/month in customer-paid media. Ad spend is separate. Custom AI Solutions is quoted after a call to define the work and check existing systems.
Do you guarantee marketing results?
No. We promise the agreed work. Leads, calls, rankings, revenue, booked jobs and review counts depend on factors outside our control.
Are strategy calls included?
The website subscription has email support and no scheduled individual strategy or retention calls. Any additional service follows its own published scope.
Ownership & Reporting
What do I own?
Your domain, Google Business Profile and business accounts remain in your control. You retain supplied assets, business data and paid client-specific content. Airlocked Solutions retains the website implementation and reusable templates; the subscription is not an installment purchase.
What happens when service ends?
Your domain, Google Business Profile and business accounts remain yours. Within seven calendar days after website service ends, we export your supplied assets, business data and paid client-specific content in common formats. We remove our account access and website hosting ends. Airlocked Solutions retains the website implementation and reusable templates. There is no automatic ownership transfer or standard website buyout.
What reporting is included?
Reporting follows the optional service you choose. GBP Management includes a monthly work and activity summary; Local SEO includes a combined report. The base website subscription does not include an SEO campaign, marketing scoreboard or AI visibility report.
