You supply the business facts and review the draft. Airlocked Solutions builds and maintains the website within the agreed scope.
From first conversation to launch
2. Complete onboarding
Pay the setup fee, complete the guided interview and provide required assets and access. Share accurate services, coverage, contact details and photos you have permission to publish.
3. Review the draft
We choose the initial page structure and draft the copy from your interview. You can request changes during one consolidated revision round before launch, including changes to that structure.
4. Approve the launch
Review the finished pages and confirm the business facts. We publish after your approval. The $500 setup fee is paid before work starts. Monthly website billing and the 12-month service term begin on the day your website launches.
What continues after launch
Hosting, technical maintenance and form monitoring continue during the subscription. Send small content changes through one email channel: three edits, capped at 30 minutes total monthly. Acknowledgment within two business days and completion within five business days of complete instructions are service targets with no automatic refund.
New pages, redesigns, custom integrations and work beyond the allowance need separately agreed scope and pricing. Your business answers inquiries; optional marketing and automation services have their own scope.
The website guarantees and their conditions
The 7-Day Launch Guarantee
Your website is live within seven calendar days of completed onboarding, or your first $250 website service month is free if the delay is caused by Airlocked Solutions. Onboarding is complete when the setup fee is paid, the guided interview is complete, and required assets and access are received. Waiting for customer feedback or approval pauses the clock. One consolidated revision round is included before launch; added scope receives a separately agreed timeline. A free first month counts toward the 12-month term.
The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not happy for any reason, email us within 30 days after your website launches to cancel. We refund website monthly fees paid to the original payment method within 10 business days of your cancellation email and release you from the remaining website commitment. The $500 setup fee is earned at launch and is retained. Optional services follow their separate terms.
Price, renewal and departure
Price changes
Your $250 monthly website price is fixed for the initial 12 months. After that term, any increase requires 60 days’ written notice so you can cancel before it takes effect.
Commitment and cancellation
The website has a 12-month initial commitment. After the 30-day satisfaction window, remaining initial-term fees stay due on the original monthly schedule, with website service available through that term. After 12 months, service continues month to month with 30 days’ cancellation notice by email.
When service ends
Your domain, Google Business Profile and business accounts remain yours. Within seven calendar days after website service ends, we export your supplied assets, business data and paid client-specific content in common formats. We remove our account access and website hosting ends. Airlocked Solutions retains the website implementation and reusable templates. There is no automatic ownership transfer or standard website buyout.
What we do not promise
We do not promise leads, calls, rankings, revenue or review counts. The guarantees cover website delivery and the stated satisfaction remedy. A completed website does not create demand or answer your customers for you.
