What information do I need to provide to get started?
Just basic business info: your services, service area, hours, contact details, and any photos of your work you have on hand. We'll guide you through everything on the kickoff call—it's simple and quick.
How much time do I need to invest in this process?
Minimal. About 30 minutes for the kickoff call, 10 minutes to fill out the intake form, and 15-20 minutes to review the site draft. That's it. We handle everything else.
What if I don't like the initial design?
That's covered by our design guarantee. We present an initial draft — if you don't like it, you get a full refund and we part ways. If you approve the direction, you get two rounds of revisions to dial it in.

What happens after the 7-10 day launch period?
We transition to ongoing monthly management. Every month we handle Google Business posts, website updates, local SEO work, and provide a performance report. You get review request templates and a strategy call each month to review progress and plan next steps.
Do I own the website after the 12-month contract?
You license the site while you're on the plan. After all 12 payments (or a buyout), full ownership transfers—code, content, and design files. Continue with us month-to-month or take it elsewhere.
What if something breaks or I need urgent help?
Both plans include priority support. We respond quickly to all requests, and if your site goes down or something breaks, we're on it immediately.
